This Privacy Policy explains what information Melrose LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit 60spaycheck.com (the “Site”) or buy our products, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written for a US audience.
Information you give us. Your email address and name when you buy a product, join the member area, or contact support. Any message you send us. Any question you type into the AI Coach.
Payment information. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor (for example Stripe or PayPal) under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, the amount, and the last four digits of the card.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we and our service providers collect standard log and device data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring page, timestamps) and use cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok, to measure our ads and show you relevant ones.
To deliver the products you bought and give you access to the member area. To send you order confirmations, download links, and support replies. To send you emails about the product you bought, related products, and tips (you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email). To run and measure our advertising. To prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse. To comply with the law.
We send marketing email in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional emails about your order or account.
Service providers who help us run the Site and deliver products: our checkout and email platform (for example Systeme.io), payment processors, email delivery services, hosting, analytics, advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), and the AI provider that powers the AI Coach (your questions are sent to that provider to generate an answer and are not used to train their models under our agreement). Authorities, when required by law. A successor, if our business is sold or merged. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
You can control cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the settings of Meta, Google, and TikTok, and at optout.aboutads.info. The Site may not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing to you, by emailing support@60spaycheck.com. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. Because advertising pixels may count as “sharing” under California law, you can opt out by emailing us or adjusting your cookie and ad settings as described above. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Other US states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon) have similar rights and can exercise them the same way.
We keep purchase records for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes (generally 7 years). We keep your member account while it is active. AI Coach logs are kept for quality and abuse prevention and deleted or anonymized within 12 months.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method is 100% secure.
The Site and products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
